Identifikasi Peranan Kehadiran Biota Tanah Terhadap Tingkat Produktivitas Lahan bagi Tanaman Jagung

Abstract. The research aims to determine the role of soil biodiversity in support of soil productivity on maize crops have been  conducted in FY 2012, with a purposive method using factorial randomized block design. Selected 6 (six) as replication, spread over 3 provinces, with 2 locations (2 replicates) each province, with a look of vegetation less fertile, moderate fertile and very fertile being as a first factor treatment. Each vegetation display taken 3 sub-samples of physics, chemistry and biology as a second factor treatment. Data analysis was performed with the correlation test between the value of observation, structured correlation matrix, which has a significant value of correlation followed by multiple regression to determine the maximum value, optimum values and constants. The result showed that  grain yield of corn significantly correlated with the number of cobs, heavy plant biomass, soil BD, slow pori drainage, water available, Centiped and Miliped. Number of cobs (fruit of corn) significantly correlated with weight biomass, soil BD, soil PD, slow drainage Pore, water available, Miliped and Centiped. The number of plant-stem significantly correlated with Ca content of soil and soil drainage pore. Plant biomass weight significantly correlated with slow pore drainage, water available and Centiped. Elements  of  N significantly correlated with soil C content, available P, P potential, soil BD, soil  PD, fast drainage pore, Miliped and Centiped. Elements of C significantly correlated with soil P available, soil K available, K potential, soil BD, soil PD,  fast drainage pore, Miliped and Centiped. In cooperation with Worms presence Centiped and Miliped effect on corn yields increase, and the number of cobs.
